I had a really frustrating experience at this hotel. The overall cleanliness was severely lacking, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. On the upside, the hotel looked new and had some decent facilities, but the terrible service during my check-out left a sour taste. I would not recommend this place based on my stay.
The room was incredibly dirty with spider webs, dust, and even mold in both the bedroom and bathroom. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages.
When I requested to cancel my stay early due to the poor conditions, the staff was unhelpful and only offered a partial refund, which was disappointing.
The location felt unsafe and was not pleasant, which added to my discomfort during the stay.
